Folder List: Results from queries can be organized into
different folders. When logged in, a folder list will appear to the
left of the Workspace scene list. The currently selected folder will
be highlighted in a light blue and the scene list will only show
items in that folder. To change to another folder, simply click on the
folder name. A default folder, named "Workspace" will be created for
you when you register for an account.
To create your own folders, click on the "Create Folder" button. On the
next screen, enter in a folder name, click "Submit", and your new,
but empty, folder will appear in the folder list. Click on the
"Manage Folder" button to rename or delete folders. On the next screen,
all of your folders will be listed. To rename a folder, replace the
current name of a folder with a new name and click on "Update". To delete
a folder, click the "Delete" button next to the folder name.
Selecting Scenes From a Folder: Use the checkboxes
next to each row in the scene list to select scenes. Once selected,
these scenes can be either moved to a different folder or deleted
from that folder. The checkbox at the top of the list, next to
the ID heading, is used to select all scenes on the current page.
Moving Scenes to Another Folder:
To move selected scenes to another folder, click on "move to folder"
and select the name of the folder you want to move the scenes to. To
move all scenes from the current folder to another folder, click
on "move all to..." and select a folder name. Only one copy of a scene
is allowed in each folder; if moving to a folder creates duplicates,
the duplicate will be removed.
Deleting Scenes from a Folder:
To delete selected scenes from the current folder, click on "Delete Scene(s)".
To remove all scenes from the current folder, click on "Delete All".
Click on the "Text List" button to get a text file of the scene list
for the current folder. This list can easily be imported into
Microsoft Excel. See Importing
a Text List for more information. Click on the "URL List" button
to get a text list of all the URLs needed to download the scenes in the
current folder. See Automating Downloads
for more information.
